Studio Policy
- All packages are priced per-person, are non-refundable, non-transferable.
- All group packages are valid for 30 days from purchase. Unused classes will be forfeited after 30 days.
- All private and duet packages are valid for 60 days from purchase. Unused classes will be forfeited after 60 days.
- We are a cashless studio. All payments are made through credit card via the Mindbody app. We offer autopay for reoccurring monthly packages.
- You are required to book your own group classes directly on the Mindbody app.
- All private and duet sessions are booked by email at info@94Pilates.com.
- All cancellations must be made on through the Mindbody app or by email at info@94Pilates.com within 12 hours of the class or you forfeit the session. No shows will be charged a $25.00 late fee.
- Please refrain from wearing perfume, lotion or body oils.
- Wear comfortable workout clothing, no jeans, zippers, buttons or grommets.
- Only water bottles are permitted on the studio floor.
